“My 2016 Hyundai had a pearlescent shine to it. The order I received was a plain white. Very disappointed.”

“Hard to get the right amount of paint to come out. While putting on the clear, the tip removes the color. Not happy.”

“ordered two different pens. first mailing was missing one pen, notified Touch up second mailing went to wrong address, re-notified customer service but took two different emails for them to understand. took over three weeks to complete my order.”

“it did not cover well .it also put either too much or too little paint on there was no happy medium the color bled thru the paint under the spot i was trying to cover”

“The paint didn't match my toyota tundra (to dark) and I couldn't get the felt tip to work. To be fair, I then went to Toyota and bought touch up paint (to light) and had the same results.”

“The color really did not match well and there was not really enough primer or paint to do the job well.”

“The primer sprayed on very gritty and rough so I had to wet sand it smooth. The finished product was very inconsistent in color and texture. I must have had a bad batch of cans but they were nice enough to send me a new kit. I'll sand it all back down and try again.”
