“I ordered paint from a local auto parts last year. Terrible paint. I had looked up and found your company and ordered paint sets for my BMW and Mercedes last year. I found that your paint was excellent quality, easy to apply and very reasonably priced. Decided to order more since my wife damaged another bumper cover and it needs painting. Thank you!”

“I ordered a product that I quickly realized was too small for the job. I contacted customer service and they sent the product I needed free of charge! They said “we just want you to have the best result possible.” Blown away by their willingness to help customers, paint matched perfectly as well!”

“I've placed a couple of orders with TouchUpDirect. The first order arrived with no issues. The Harley Charcoal Pearl paint match was spot on, so much so that I ordered more to have on hand. The second order at the end of April somehow appeared to have been lost in transit. TouchUpDirect customer service promptly refunded the shipping and got another order sent my way. The isolated shipping issue appeared to be out of their control. I highly recommend. Great product, great service.”

“I placed the order on 5/7. After that I received no update on status or a way to track the order. One of the team members at TouchUp emailed me after I opened an inquiry via the company web page. They were very responsive and offered to refund shipping charges. I thought that was generous. I'll definitely do business with TouchUp Direct again. Thanks,”

“Originally when i placed my order, unbeknownst to me, it got lost in the mail. But the customer service team was quick to notify me of issue, offer me a refund and a reorder of what i initially placed. Overall very helpful.”
