“The company should make it clear that online communication is the only way to make contact. The phone number is useless as customer service people are never available (I called five times) and the program asks you to call again another time and then hangs up. Online customer service was in contact within hours and satisfactory.”

“The website was easy to navigate and ordering was very easy. However, my shipment contained the wrong color. The can was labeled correctly, but instead of Destroyer Gray, I received a real pretty blue metallic. Customer service was great to deal with and the replacement paint is on its way.”
