“Didn't match factory paint on my Victory motorcycle, not even close.”

“When I went to use the color pen, could not get paint unto brush. I pressed and pressed. It seemed to be dried out. Finally got some to bristle and got applied but not pleased with the results. Clear coat was fine.”

“I got touch up pens for both my Ford and BMW. I followed the directions but Neither color matched. One car was silver and that was not so noticeable and covered the small areas so corrosion won’t be a problem so it was helpful. The other car was red and after applying the pens it was maybe more noticeable than before when white primer was visible”

“I ordered paint specific to my motorcycle both silver and prominence red however once I went through the process neither color matched my bike and now it is caused a bigger mess than I had before I started.very disappointed in your product and I would like to get a refund”

“YOUR FEE FOR SHIPPING ONE AEROSOL CAN IS RIDICULOUS ! FEX GROUND IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND OTHER METHODS (USPS) COULD BE A CHEAPER OPTION ! FIND BETTER WAYS TO SAVE MONEY !!”

“tried to order, kept saying the payment method was invalid. wanted to call, couldn't. HAD to send an email. It turned out to be YOUR mistake. The expiration year had to be in the format, YYYY. you asked for the format YY. very irritating.”

“At first when I ordered I didn't get a scheduled date of delivery which was not what I wanted. As well as finding out it was purchased securely through another party. Then when I followed the alerts it was scheduled for a specific date I was happy with. Not long after it was rescheduled for delivery for four more days later. When I got it it was not what I expected. The price for fully mixed paint, and the amount was to purchase, was not what I thought it would be. I felt miss informed about buying the paint for professional painting equipment thinking it would be able to be mixed to make more for the price it was set for sale.”

“It is hard to say I would recommend or buy again until I use the product. If I ever use the product again I will use a different form of paint. The small brush does not work well. I could not smoothly apply the product. The color did match fairly well, but the texture was poor (too thick) and I think I would only use some type of spray product in the future.”

“If you need something fast you'll are not the company to go to You'll send a email saying the item has shipped but it doesn't not go out until the next day it shouldn't take 6 days to get anything.”
