“I am aware of the effects on us all during this period of pandemic. When a business becomes successful, it means they cover all bases. The only area that is not necessarily under the control of the company is “delivery”. This is the most important part of customer satisfaction through expectations. I had an issue with this part of the process. Not belabor the point; I didn’t receive the product for more than 30 days. The one thing that saved the issue was my ability to be in communication with the company. They were like me, expectations not realized. We were both victims of the delivery failure. Sometimes you have issues that are beyond your control. The key was, the company didn’t hide or shutdown the communications process. BRAVO.”

“They have a real quality control issue - wrong color paint from what was marked on the label it looks like it will be 10 days from the time I informed them of the issue for me to get the correct color - that is of course assuming that this one is correct. Response to my email was good - but my shop has been occupied by a vehicle for much longer than I wanted it to .”

“I ordered two touch up paints and the website said I could get 10% off my order and it also popped up that I qualified for one item 50% off. I tried to get both of them and got neither discount.”

“I paid for premium expedited shipping and it arrived far after stated delivery date. TUD tried to discourage a return by saying it was subjected to a restocking fee and “custom” paint charge when it was not custom and a restock fee should not have even been discussed since TUD was at fault. I was not treated respectfully as a customer. Communication via telephone and email. Email was a standard template communication. Telephone curt. Not a customer service and satisfaction oriented company!”

“Touch direct is awesome! They respond real quick and are very helpful. I seemed to have ordered the wrong color and they were helpful in showing me where to locate the correct manufacturer color , and even sent me the return label. I would definitely recommend this company for touch up paint!”

“This paint matches 100%, at least for Nissan RAQ color. Also, DHL reported as delvered, but I never received it. Support sent another one, which gone from California to Nevada and then returned back to California, but this time it came.”
