“I ordered the Kit that comes with everything, black paint for my 07 RL... 3 days later I received an email from them saying that my order was delivered and it was certainly not. I have checked everywhere only to not find my Order on my front porch where it was apparently delivered w 'proof' but when I click on "Show me Proof of Delivery" it asks me for an act number that I isn't even know I had or need ? Im getting no help from customer service 😕”

“Perfect match. and very easy to work with. clear coat provided a factory equivalent shine. Very impressed with, for being sprayed out of a can. Defiantly will use you for future projects.”

“Marker didn't work very well. It oozed out when I didn't want it to and didn't come out at all when I needed it to. The marker feels like it still has paint in it but nothing comes out.”

“I had some minor damage on a new truck that would require sanding and re-painting to repair. Although I had never done this type of repair before, it seem simple enough. That was my first mistake. I received the primer, color coat and clear coat from TouchUPDirect and went to work. I had watched one YouTube video which confirmed my belief it would be a simple process. I sanded, did some minor fill, sanded again and applied 4 coats of color coat and 3 coats of clear coat. It came out looking dull and felt like sand paper. I was thinking I had really screwed this up and my next step would be to hang my head at the Local body shop and pay a couple thousand dollars for them to fix it right. Out of desperation I sent an email to TouchUPDirect customer service asking for help. Within a day I received a reply from James asking for a little more information. We exchange several emails where he talked me through some remedial work that allowed me to start over by paying attention to some methods that I had overlooked on the first go. He also sent me several links to DYI videos that explained the process in exacting detail. With his help I was able to repair my first attempt and complete the repair successfully.”

“It was easy to find what I needed. I was a bit taken back when the front page lists a price range page. Then I am redirected to a second that has the what is really going to cost me. How about just making it all upfront.”
