“I got some touch up paint for my Pontiac g6. But unfortunately, soon after receiving my paint, some guy ran a red light, hit me, and totaled my car. I emailed TouchUpDirect and got a speedy response and learned I could get a refund. Customer service was very nice and got back to me quickly. Great experience with TouchUpDirect, not a great experience getting my car totaled.”

“Waited to complete this process until the product was in my hands and ready for application. The BRUSH portion of the product was in very poor condition. The brush was curled up and made for a very poor, difficult touch up procedure. I will say the ordering portion was flawless.”
