“The instructions are a bit too simple, it is hard for a layperson to follow. The attitude of the staff is good, once i got the problem, he solved it at time and send me a new component the next day.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with Towbars Australia, Kate. We are sorry to hear that you have yet to receive your towbar. I have just looked at the tracking for the item. It was dispatched from our store on 7/11/23 and the tracking advice says it is due for delivery on the 23/11/23. I can see that the item is in the NT and has been since the 17/11/23. This is an extremely long time and we apologize for the delay. We will be sure to take on this infomation and use this for our future freight choices. We apologize again for any inconvenience.
