“The towbar was purchased and fitted in May 2020, I fitted it myself as a home handyman, found the instructions easy to follow and did not need any assistance. It has since towed a caravan for 37,000 km all around Australia and whilst I do carry out safety checks, the tow bar has performed perfectly. I do highly recommend this product.”

“Great tow bar, I had to slightly tap out where the mounting holes were ( pulls in when weld cools) but once fitted looks great 😊 thanks”

“Notified that I had ordered incorrectly. No problem. Bring back and correct one is a little dearer. Travel over 6hrs. Phone then to organise exchange.. . Very rudely informed that tough luck. Will not happen. Disgusting service from 2nd person.”

“The tow bar itself (steinhoff) with the European style removable ball is an awesome piece of kit that is invisible and doesn’t need hacking into the bumper. However the 7 pin ARK connector does not reflect the same quality. The screw holes to fit the wires are flimsy and made of brass. The thread just disappears. I had to replace with a narva.”
