“From being informed that our air fryer was on a recall list and registered for a replacement, we were very pleased on how quickly the process took. A new machine was delivered within a few days, and at a higher specification”

“Terrible quality product. White writing on the front rubs off after a few months. Tower customer service is appauling , the handle one side snapped off and the plastic trigger on one side to activate the fryer drawer snapped off. Tower were nohelp as it was 3 weeks over the 1 yr guarantee and the issues that failed were not covered in the extended warranty as it was deemed customer negligence NOT poor cheap quality air fryer.”

“Very happy with this iron , I had a tower iron i thought was great but unfortunately I didn't add extra protection fir 3 years and just stopped working so I took it back where I bought it and told me nothing they could do . I still bought a new tower iron .”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unbeatable Value! I am extremely pleased with this Tower iron. After my previous "high-end" iron broke down in just one year, I decided to try this one because of the great price. I am blown away! It performs amazingly for the money. It’s super light, cordless, and incredibly easy to use. It does a fantastic job. Highly recommend it.”

“Not happy as I am replacing the exact tower kettle I bought last april which just stopped working , let’s hope this one does not die so soon Tried to upload photo of old and new one together but this site would not allow me they are identical The delivery via Amazon spot on though”

“Bought a new iron this time a cordless one the Tower 2in1 cord/cordless Iron 2400w as I had been used to a corded iron which I found annoying over the years. The Tower 2-IN-1 cord/cordless steam iron is perfect ! No twisting of the wire etc also have the option of corded too ! So light compared to my old iron but definitely does the job 👍”

“Second one I’ve bought as first one light went and door started to give trouble to shut also control knob failed But this was after years of everyday use so no complaints It’s a fantastic machine makes my toast in the morning Does a fantastic rotisserie chicken or roast In addition it does a casserole effortlessly as well as the everyday meals All in all a great versatile air fryer”

“Tower’s handling of my order as a new customer has been an absolute shambles from start to finish, exposing a complete absence of accountability at every turn. Their outsourced delivery partner Every failed to deliver the appliances I paid for, and rather than take ownership, Tower simply washed their hands of the problem. When I pressed for expedited replacements, they confirmed they would arrange them—only to later claim the items were out of stock, leaving me with nothing. Forced to request a full refund, I was told it would take 5–10 days; on day 9, with no money returned, they admitted an internal error meant the refund had never even been processed, resetting the clock for yet another 5–10 days of waiting. This catalogue of broken promises, miscommunication and administrative incompetence shows a company that is utterly indifferent to the inconvenience and frustration it inflicts on its customers, and I am left thoroughly disappointed by an experience that has been nothing short of appalling.”

“Struggle with a huge slowcooker and we found a little one of Tower. Bought the 1.5 ltr one and supprisingly it works very well. Used for the diced beef and comes out perfect and real. Not overcooked, slow and depents the real temps. Also the turn button did his job. Real recommended for 1-2 persons.”

“I have always had Tower products and fount them modern and good. My old 11ltr tower Air fryer oven, i have just replaced after many years of use. With the vertical oven type. Keep up the good work”

“So I initially bought the T17039 air fryer which was great but the light went after a few months, so I returned to the seller and got a full refund as they were unable to replace. I then bought a T17038 air fryer, which started making a noise 6 weeks after purchase. Took ages to arrange a replacement with tower customer services as I can't email to their custer service email, despite asking for phone calls due to this problem they never rang. Took ages to fill in their contact forms and had to send evidence of the fault more than once. All in all I am dissatisfied with the appliances as they have broke quickly. I am also dissatisfied with the service received from tower. Would not recommend.”

“just purchased Tower CeraGlide steam Iron. this is my 2nd purchase of this Iron. Ive had my first one for 2+years and liked it so much. It is only lately began to show light scorching on the plate which Im not at all sure of how to deal with. But as its been in faily use for all this time and served us well plus the fantastic price point, I thought it best to just go ahead and renew it. Great wee Iron. Well worth the money.”
