Unfortunately, I have had some very upsetting experiences in the past working with estate agents, in my opinion as a result, at all stages of the rental process, despite never having missed a rent payment in my life and being a very responsible tenant. I suspect this is because of the stigma against disabled people and those who need financial support from the government for any reason.
I give this context to you to contrast how differently my experience with Sophie from Town & City has been to other estate agents. Sophie treated me wonderfully, like a person! Not only do I think she has great customer service skills but it seems to come from a very genuine and authentic place.

“Jorge and Sophie have been by far the easiest lettings egents I have ever dealt with. Moving in was hassle free and the property and area was exactly as they described it to be.
Throughout our tennancy, Town and City bent over backwards to swiftly sort any issues that arose regarding the property. When it came to moving out The checkout was a smooth as it could be. Jorge met with me and collected the meter readings and keys and after a brief check over the property he immediately authorised the return of our full deposit.
Moving house is stressful enough but thankfully there was no stress what so ever when it came to our agents!”
