“I mailed to chase up a delivery and received excellent service from Emma Browne who dealt with my query professionally and efficiently. I will certainly buy from your site in future. I received my 2 items ( suit case and passport cover ) and they are both outstanding....many thanks ( especially to Emma! )”

“I was brought a WONDERMUM mug by my husband and children which I love but the character was slightly blurred. Got in contact with customer service and Emma Browne was great. She arranged a replacement right away. Very happy! Great service x”

“Imy not very technical and was having difficulty inputting a voucher code. I started the 'chat' service for help. After initially being amazed at that, I was really happy with the help I received from Felicity. She was extremely patient with me whilst explaining what I needed to do in order to access the voucher. Felicity was also really polite and very helpful. Customer service at its best! I'll definitely be coming back to this site. It made for a pleasurable short shopping spree! Thank you x”

“So happy with my service. I only asked to be told how to re tie the bow for my bag and was sent a brand new bow. So now my bag is perfect again ready to take to hospital. Love this company. Bought 5 tote bags so far and I am hinting to my husband for a new one once my baby is born for a little treat.”
