“I ordered a Claireabella apron for my sister in laws birthday. It was a very easy process and I had no problems at all. The apron came very quickly for a personalised item so I was over the moon. I will definitely be back for more.”

“Was on the checkout page and a little Live Chat box popped up. Oh dear, I thought, here we go again... But I was surprised to speak to April! Easily the most polite and friendly agent I've spoken to for any company who has the Live Chat feature. Not only was she talking to me like a friend (With smilies 'n all!) but she was also incredibly helpful in resolving my query. An absolute pleasure to talk to, she has given me a great first impression of Toxic Fox. I'll be sure to buy from here again! :)”

“Bought jute shopping bag with itison voucher as part of birthday present for my cousin. Not being completely techno savvy your customer services was very quick to respond when I e-mailed them. To personalise bag with name, hair colour, eye colour etc. was so simple and when it arrived it was so good I wished I had bought one for myself! Would definitely recommend. Joyce Gauld”

“I bought a 2 lovely TOL personalised frames, 1for a friend and 1 for myself. I have to say I have received so many comments on how lovely it is and a great gift idea and my friend is over the moon. I received a quick, efficient service from toxic fox, which is what you want when buying goods”

“Bought for my daughter's birthday and I am sure she will love it! Only issue is a thought the picture would have been slightly bigger on the shopper bag as it is on the other bags but overall very pleased and with the speedy delivery”
