“Bought two bags one for me and one as a gift and they are totally fab saving up for a phone cover!!! Only complaint is that I wasn't kept up to date with my order. Tracking showed they were still in progress but when I rang to check I was told they had been dispatched and I should have received an email.”

At the moment we do not have the functionality to incorporate their dispatch information with ours in order for the Track your Order section to update on the website. “Not too impressed with the quality of a few of my items, my beer hat for example, the letters are fading and it has dust all over the hat, which is inside a bag in box. The man mugs overall finish is not too good, I know it's a novalty item but not even the spirt level is level. This was also covered in dust. Stitching on personalised towel not too great. Mark”

“As well as the absolutely GORGEOUS products I purchased today, those being my ClaireaBella jute bag and a ClaireaBella candle for my friend's birthday, I received such fantastic service. Like the stupid individual I am, I ordered it all together, and forgot the dispatch date for my bag was past my friend's birthday. The candle's was not though, so I emailed them about getting them dispatched separately. Normal companies would have given you a typical "Sorry but we can't" but heyyyy guess what, it's ToxicFox and of course they can! "Not a problem" was the response I received from the friendly and incredibly helpful people behind the magic that is ToxicFox.”
