“Ordered a personalised phone case on the 30th December 2017 still no sign of my order, when placing the order it said the phone case would be delivered by 8th Jan. When emailed they just respond saying the order will be with you shortly. if you are ordering something for a present make sure its in advance as my little girls birthday has been and gone and shes still awaiting this.”

“I ordered personalised pencil case for my grand-daughter for Xmas and when it arrived the zip was broken. I sent an e.mail to toxic fox and they sent me a replacement one straight away - no quibbles just very straight forward I am very happy with result”

After only a couple of emails my issue was dealt with promptly and professionally and I would like to thank David and lee Howley for their prompt and excellent service in re solving my issue. “i ordered 2 bags on the 27nov ment to arrive in time for Christmas.. well only one arrives in time and the company seem to be sending over lie after lie as to where the other bag is. it's is now Jan an no bag No refund an No explanation. I hope i can use for this misleading lie was company.”

“I ordered a jute bag as Xmas gift for my daughter. I ordered on the 17th Dec 2017 & it arrived on the 24th. Expensive for a jute bag but worth it. It is adorable the online pictures do not do them justice.”

“I ordered a Christmas present in November which has still not yet been received. I ordered it from Clareabella, a cushion for my niece, money has been taken from my account but I'm yet to receive anything. I have tried ringing customer services but can't get through, I have written emails but haven't had any response. Do not use this company!”
