“Did pay for fast delivery but this failed to get to me, my Father's Day present for my dad arrived on the Monday :( Overall he loved his present but I was gutted I couldn't give it to him on the Sunday”

“Excellent quality and finish to the large jute bag I ordered for my daughter. This is the second one she has had asshe loved her first one so much so I treated her to one when she had passed her driving test.”

“I ordered a Clairabella bag a few years back and the service was fab, although I recently ordered another bag and the label wasn't sewn on. It's missing!”
