“Excellent customer service when on an occasion an order went wrong with a great personal touch. It's always important to see how companies handle situations when things go wrong as well as when they go smoothly. On the the other occasions, fast quick efficient service! Will always re - order from these guys. I've bought numerous claireabella items and numerous selfie sticks over the past few years.”

“I ordered 3 items (selfie stick, wine glass and claireabella large jute bag) My items were despatched separately, but all arrived within plenty time of when they were needed. They were purchased as a birthday gift for my daughter and we are absolutely delighted with them. Great service and products are just perfect.”

“I ordered a large jute bag just before Christmas - bag arrived very promptly and was beautiful! I absolutely love it! Definitely recommend a toxic fox claireabella bag - I have seen copies online and there is no comparison! Love it!”

“I ordered a t-shirt for my nephew for Christmas. I got my other nephew to order it, he found the site easy to use and did it quickly. And the delivery was quick. Packaging was good. T-shirt looked good.”

“It was really simple and easy to order two Claireabella bags for my daughters. It only took a few minutes to do and then they were with me just a few days later, even when it was such a busy time before Christmas.”

“Just received my order of three make up bags and I'm extremely disappointed with the poor quality of this item for the cost. Item Is a christmas gift and took over seventeen days to arrive for such rubbish. Will never buy again and will make friends aware of the poor service and quality.”

Dear Amanda Thank you for the review and I am sorry you are not happy with the Claireabella Make Up Bags that you have received. We clearly state that they take up to 10 working days to be produced as they are personalised and then hand stitched. Personalised items will take longer to produce than off the shelf items especially during busier times of the year. We feel that we provide an accurate description of the Make Up bags on our website and the technical details does state the material the product is made from as well as other useful pieces of information about the product. “Ordered a large jute bag for my sister for Christmas, unfortunately this one went missing after it had been dispatched. I emailed the customer service team at Toxic Fox and received quick and friendly responses. A replacement bag was then ordered and sent out quickly. Great service :)”
