“I ordered a Valentines limited edition Claireabella bag. I was really pleased with the quality and design of the product. I just wish the delivery time wasn't so long but I understand this is the case for a customised item.”

Thank you for the review and I am glad you love your Valentines Day bag. The delivery time reflects the fact that all our Claireabella Jute bags are hand painted. The bag you ordered was a Limited Edition and as these bags have a more intricate design than our Classics range, our Claireabella Painters do need the extra time to accommodate for this. However we promised the bags for Valentines Day and we delivered on that promise! We responded to your email the very next day (you even complimented us on the speedy reply) explaining our refund and replacement policy and a gesture of goodwill was offered. “Get your beautiful Claireabella stuff from here, too many terrible knock offs doing the rounds. Love my bags, don't look anywhere else or you will get a badly made copy!!”
