“I purchased a claireabella phone case and when it arrived it had a scratch on the back. I emailed toxicfox to inform them and Corey and Paul couldn't have been more helpful! They emailed me back straight away and organised for a new case to be sent within 3 to 5 working days ! Will Definetly be offering from here again! It's not often that you find somewhere that will go out of their way to provide good customer service!”

“Order process was fun and the product looked good however when it arrived I was really disappointed with the quality - the zip is the cheapest zip I've ever seen - it should have something special about it and I've never owned a make up bag with no lining! And the exposed lining is white! For a make up bag! Would be much better with a nice lining or black as the inside colour. Doesn't look worth the money I'm afraid to say.”
