“A big thank you to Lee Rowley from customer services who managed to get my delivery dispatched earlier. A massive thankyou to Karl, Luke and Jay from the production team who managed to finish my holiday bags order. So much appreciated as they were surprise holiday gifts for the family holiday. Would certainly recommend your company and website to friends and family and your customer service team is by far the best I have come across on the internet. Thanks again and your help was much appreciated :)”

“I made a mistake when placing my order! Simply emailed toxicfox and they were able to rectify my mistake extremely easily! They replied within a speedy 48hours even on a bank holiday! And were kind and professional! I'm so excited to receive my bag!!!!”

“I foolishly ordered the wrong hair colour on my order. I requested a change, and within half an hour of the premises opening, Lee Rowley had emailed me wit confirmation that the changes would be done. Absolutely fantastic service! This is the first time I've used this company, but it will not be the last. Excellent”
