“I ordered some personalised items for 2 of my beautiful step-daughters birthdays. I emailed Toxic Fox to ask if they could expedite my order, as my eldest step-daughter's birthday is 14th July, and they explained why they couldn't do that with personalised items, which I accepted and understood. The items arrived today and I am so happy, with both the quality and the speedy delivery. Can't wait for our gorgeous girls birthday now, I know she will love it too”

“Ive used this company a few times... I have been very happy with the service, until today, as my bag was wrong. HOWEVER Emma replied and has sorted me out a replacement in which I hope I do receive soon. Thanks Emma & the agent on social media team for helping me out & sorting this for me. Lovely products and hopefully this was just a one off glitch.”
