“Terrible service, I paid for next day delivery but I never recived my items! Customer services was no help at all, I will never reccomend this website again! Spoilt my Mother's Day!”

Hi Jayne Thanks for the email and the feedback and I am very sorry that we spoilt your Mothers Day. As a gesture of goodwill we have fully refunded your order and even though this will not help with the issues you had I hope you will accept this as an apology for the issues with the delivery of your order. We have very high standards of dispatch and delivery times and on the very rare occasion when we do not live up to those it is disappointing for us too. We want to make a nation of Gift Heroes and on this occasion we did not live up to that. Again please let me apologise for the issues with the delivery of your order. “Young friend ordered present to be sent to her mum for Mother's Day as she could not be with her, it did not arrive and has still not arrived two days later, my friend is so upset. Don't count on this company they will only let you down. Christine”

Hi Teresa Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry but as this order was placed at 4.49pm it was after the cut off time for next working day delivery so would naturally be shipped the next day. I hope you can appreciate that as a business for a next day service there has to be cut off times and these are fully explained in our Terms and Conditions. “Ordered a phone cover not impressed when it turned up as it was def not worth £25 wouldn't order again. I expect the cover to be glittery or Jewelled for price and the pic and name was off centre”

“Loved my bag for just over twelve months only using it three days a week to carry my lunch. Unfortunately two of the corners are now frayed with holes so the quality not as good as I expected it to last a lot longer big shame as I really love it but wouldn't order another sorry”

“We ordered a small jute bag for our daughter for ballet , a bikini jute and selfie jute for wedding anniversary , they are amazing and i have had lots of comments . I have seen a lot of imitation bags around and u can tell the difference and quality we love them, also love my latte gym mug . Will be ordering more in the future xxx”
