“Emma at toxic fox has been amazing. I ordered a beautiful mug from them and the delivery driver smashed it!! The company and especially Emma have dealt with this situation in a brilliant way and I would definitely order from them again. Thank you Emma and toxic fox!!”

“I bought a ClaireaBella backpack for my daughter. I loved the personalised picture on the front but I have to say that I was extremely disappointed at the quality. A zipper for the bag and easy release buckles would have made it a slightly better purchase. Would have expected better so I don't know if I'd ever buy from toxicfox again.”

“Imy not very technical and was having difficulty inputting a voucher code. I started the 'chat' service for help. After initially being amazed at that, I was really happy with the help I received from Felicity. She was extremely patient with me whilst explaining what I needed to do in order to access the voucher. Felicity was also really polite and very helpful. Customer service at its best! I'll definitely be coming back to this site. It made for a pleasurable short shopping spree! Thank you x”

I have actually responded to your email this morning and have explained due to a technical fault your order was not dispatched. this has now been resolved and your order will be leaving us today. “So happy with my service. I only asked to be told how to re tie the bow for my bag and was sent a brand new bow. So now my bag is perfect again ready to take to hospital. Love this company. Bought 5 tote bags so far and I am hinting to my husband for a new one once my baby is born for a little treat.”

“"I ordered my item on 03.09.17 and I still haven't received it, 24 days later. Was going to by some xmas presents from you but am seriously thinking twice about it.
