Same problem as last reviewer. I ordered my bag on the 17th Jan with a dispatch of the 12th Feb!! Still no dispatch and yes product is expensive and I’m disappointed in the customer service so far :(

Absolutely disgraceful service, I ordered my granddaughter a backpack, Book bag and Face Mask for returning to school, this was over a month ago and I keep being fobbed off, I have asked for a refund but still being fobbed off, just about to take legal action against toxic fox and would never use them again........Don’t Use This Company, They’re Not To Be ReliedOn Or Trusted!

Hi ordered an item on the 24th of july. I was informed that the item was dispatched on the 3rd of august and would be with me in 3-5 days. Utter lies!!
Im still waiting. Reading from the reviews this seems to be a common problem.
Utterly shambolic.
Poor service.
Would not recommend to anyone and have informed family and close friends to avoid.
