“I bought 2 jute bags absolutely fantastic quality...however I do think you could allow 30 mins to amend an order after its placed..maybe change of hairstyle(which is what I wanted) I know you say where does it end, but just saying.....Thank you”

“I picked a kids medium jute bag for my grandaughters 7th birthday, and what a lovely suprise Lydia got, and so did I as well. The work that has gone into making the bag , is absolutely amazing. So all my family and friends now know about toxicfox the service was all so 5*”

“The brunette with highlights is still very much brunette. I was wanting a dark blonde hair colour so a bit disappointed that my character doesn't have the right hair ! Would have been perfect if there's more options for hair colour”
