“After being in a blind panic that my daughters birthday wasn't going to be hear in time. To the rescue Lee Jay Jack and Luke. Very kindly they have said they would post it asap at no extra charge. Response on both the phone and email were fantastic you are going to make a happy teenager and a relieved mum. Your all stars”

“placed an order for my daughters birthday , after realising I wouldn't receive the item until after my daughters birthday I got in touch with customer service to see if I could pay extra and get it delivered sooner. Customer service manager Lee got in touch very quick advising me the team had agreed to fast track the order at no extra cost. could not be happier! my little girl will love it on her birthday . big thanks to Sylvia and Luke who are the people responsible for making this happen :)”

“Toxicfox have gone above and beyond to help me with me order today. Jay and Neil in the production team along with Lee in customer service have gone out of their way to help me. I asked for different colour aprons, boys sizes and extras added to my order, all of which have been done. Lee in customer service made personal emails and calls to make sure my order for my wedding went through with no stress at all. Thank you and thank you to the production team for making the changes happen”

“A big thank you to Lee Rowley from customer services who managed to get my delivery dispatched earlier. A massive thankyou to Karl, Luke and Jay from the production team who managed to finish my holiday bags order. So much appreciated as they were surprise holiday gifts for the family holiday. “I made a mistake when placing my order! Simply emailed toxicfox and they were able to rectify my mistake extremely easily! They replied within a speedy 48hours even on a bank holiday! And were kind and professional! I'm so excited to receive my bag!!!!”

“I foolishly ordered the wrong hair colour on my order. I requested a change, and within half an hour of the premises opening, Lee Rowley had emailed me wit confirmation that the changes would be done. Absolutely fantastic service! This is the first time I've used this company, but it will not be the last. Excellent”
