“Thanks to Lee and team I eventually received the bag I ordered on 12th January on Saturday 24th February. Thank you again for all your help. Unfortunately the colour of the hair was wrong but the quality of the bag is really lovely.”

“I placed an order with Toxic Fox and had a discount code which normally gets processed at checkout, this did not so I ended up placing order without the discount. I immediately emailed the customer service team, received a reply and refund the next morning. Very happy indeed.”

“I’ve ordered Clairabella bags before and never had a problem, but this time when it arrived it wasn’t accurate to the skin and hair colouring showed online. So I emailed Toxic fox and the Customer care team were great. I was so happy with how helpful they were and how quickly they had the bag fixed and sent back to me.”
