“Iv had stuff from tcd bwfore and was ok which is why im not putting very poor. In my last order it took approx 3-4 week to arrive I ordered the item and should of bein delivered by weekend and it wasn't. I emailed them and they said a fault on there side due to paypal and I'll have it by wensday come Friday still hadn't received it. Emailed again and then there was a fault with dispatch but I did then receive my items weeks after it was suppose to come after when I actually needed it”

“Trade Counter Direct online shopping is excellent. I bought a Hitachi 18V Cordless drill which was delivered on time, shipping was free and price was extremely competitive. I would recommend this company for great value high quality tools and I certainly will do business with them again.”

“I was a its tools all the way when it came to tools have used trade counter direct and have now have change/told my men to buy all our tools here as the prices is right and came on time and what I order. Ps the office lady is helpfully”
