“Mixup with order, they rang back very quickly and sorted out problem very quickly, fantastic after sales service as errors could always happen but its the way its dealt with that make this company one to trust and would recommend and use again in future.”

“Excellent product, good service and very communicative courier! Only complaint was that I paid extra for Saturday delivery. Website referes to an AM delivery on Saturday, however my goods arrived at 4pm in the afternoon. Not the end of the world, only a question of setting expectations. Don't advertize as premuim Sat AM delivery prodcut when it is not Many thanks Gary W”

“This is the second time I have ordered from Trade Direct once at Christmas and once at Easter for a present for my Son. The first time everything was ok on delivery and the latest occasion I had to return the item as it was in an Egg for Easter but the egg came crushed as the as the packaging was not that great as it was just in a plastic bag so had to be sent back to be replaced. With the replacement it came in a box which was great and much for the item although a little big but saved it from being crushed again. Great service and would definitely recommend.”

“I needed my order to be delivered in time for a specific job, so I made sure I purchased well within the advertised delivery times. When the order did not arrive then, I called up customer services, to be told they had delayed dispatch due to another item not being in stock. I asked for express delivery for the tool I needed, giving them the cut-off date for the job and received assurances the delivery would come on time. It didn't, so I lost my days fee - there was no time to re-schedule my diary, as I worked on their assurances. and when I complained they compensated me with less than 10% of the value of the fee I'd lost out. NOT HAPPY”
