“Item was out of stock but new stock arrived within two days and didn't delay my order. Good email notification and cheapest place I could find the item (shower) I wanted. Cheaper by about £40 to nearest rival even taking into account postage cost.”

“I found the tap I wanted and a call to Trade Taps to check availability resulted in a comment that the item would be delivered direct from the manufacturer. The TT staff member called them and then me to confirm that it would be shipped immediately. The tap arrived the next day..it was also very good value for money.”

“Slow -postage must be due to Christmas I guess, but arrived This week, item was a great price but flimsy item packaging was used to ship, no outer protective packaging so it arrived looking a bit battered. Item was fine.”

“Very poor communication. Took 11 days to get delivery. Although it was Christmas and New year period, there was no mention on the website or order confirmation email about delay in the delivery, or indeed that the company was closed between 27 December and 2 January. Also, got sent wrong email about the delivery date for someone else's order. No response to my email sent to customer service on 30 December. The phone line to customer service not manned or no automated message. Not sent dispatch email with tracking number until I called the customer helpline. Overall, although the product is very good quality and there is no fault with it, I would avoid company in the future and order from somewhere else even if it is £6 more expensive. Not worth the hassle with Trade Taps.”

“This is a rating for the tap, not the service, which was good enough. However I have sent the tap back as it was really too large for my purpose, being a smaller 410mm counter top basin. It just looks ridiculously big next to it. Might be suitable for a large basin.”

“Fantastic service from Trade Taps. Part of my order was delayed due to supplier production issues. After I asked for an update Amy checked out what was happening, rang me back within 30mins as promised, sourced the missing item from another supplier instead and had it delivered to me the next day. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trade Taps.”
