“Very good service, ordered product,received text message saying it would be delivered , the following day, then a further text saying it would be delivered between 1300hrs and 1400hrs by Mathew it arrived at 1310hrs, in good condition, couldn't ask for anything better”

“Accepted my order and money then decided 12 hours before delivery that you don’t deliver to Ireland. I don’t live in Ireland. I live in Northern Ireland which is a completely different country. We’re part of the UK!! Disgusted is an understatement!!”

I’m really sorry to read your complaint. Deliveries for the products you ordered are carried out by a third party distributor who are unable to deliver all our products across all UK postcodes. Smaller items such as taps can be sent via a courier as they are less likely to be damaged, but shower trays need a more specialised distribution method. Whilst you were informed about the delivery I appreciate this was after you ordered. To prevent this happening again we will make this clearer on our website at the point of placing the order.
