“ORDER NO 4010404 I RECEIVED A DAMAGED TAP £130.00 FROM YOU WHICH YOU FAIL TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT I HAVE EMAILED/TELEPHONED YOU NO ANSWERS JUST TODAY TO TELL ME YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER NO ONE AVAILABLE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE VERY POOR. ALL I ASKED FOR WAS AN UNDAMAGED TAP FOR WHICH I PAID FOR I INTEND TO TAKE THIS FURTHER”

“very poor customer service: one of the item that they delivered had a part that was broken. When I contacted them they offered me to replace it, as "they strive to provide the best customer experience" - I was very positively impressed. Unfortunately what it should have taken 2 days is still going on 3 weeks later. After about 2 weeks I finally received the part, only to found out that they sent the wrong one. Third week in and I am still waiting for the part, and every time i contact them "Amy" sounds very stroppy and annoyed by the fact that I am chasing this up. At the end after a bit of research I found out the right part code so I contacted Geberit (the item producer) myself, paid for the part and express delivery (it all took only £20 and 2 days wait). What i found mostly disappointing is their lack of product knowledge and procurement processes: if they had told me on day one "this is the exact part code and this is how you can get it in 2 days" I would have gone for it. They are cheaper than others, true, but my experience with them hasn't been good at all. I won't be using them again”

Hello Fabrizio I apologise that you feel this way, unfortunately this took a little while longer as we had to contact our supplier, who then had to contact Geberit, i can assure you we chased our supplier daily in regards to your order. this kind of incident does not occur very often, and i apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you. “I am super impressed by this company's customer service and delivery speed. I called up (incidentally after the cut of time for next day delivery) to enquire if they had a flush plate in stock. I was told they had the new upgraded version, for the same very reasonable and reduced price of the previous version and then it still managed to arrive the next morning!! Overall verdict- BRILLIANT! I will definitely be using this company again in t he future. Thanks guys :)”

“My budget is limited and so I first sought for companies offering good prices. The I rang to check out the technical details of the items I was buying and found the technical helpline most useful and very knowledgeable. Delivery was by the next day and free. All things considered a very good experience. I shall certainly be using them again”
