“I needed to replace a whole tap and the inserts had become completely stuck and couldn't be replaced. I ordered it and received it very quickly, within 2 working days, for an excellent price.”

“Ordered said item over the phone first thing in the morning but later had to put the order on hold as plans had changed. Staff fully understood my predicament and when I called to re-activate the order 2 hours later it still arrived the next day. No fuss, no bother - just as it should be with keen pricing too !”

“I ordered a couple of taps from Trade Taps. One quite traditional, and another, a modern basin mixer. I was a little concerned that the quality might not be that great, as the prices were so keen. I have to say, we are delighted with both taps. Excellent quality, and just what we were after. They turned up very quickly too. Highly recommended!”

“Needed a tap really quickly. Price was excellent. Trade Taps were really friendly and helpful when I phoned up. Tap was posted standard delivery and arrived within 48 hours (ordered 4.30 pm Wednesday and arrived Friday am). Came securely wrapped in loads of bubble wrap. Not surprisingly really pleased with Trade Taps service and would thoroughly recommend them.”
