“I bought a Geberit Sigma10 single flush plate - stainless steel, from Trade Taps. I emailed them as I wanted a real metal finish, rather than plastic painted with 'chrome'. They came straight back advising which plate was metal. Great delivery with text update of timings. I now have in place exactly what I wanted. Thanks Trade Taps”

“Excellent customer service, once the toilet didn’t turn up on the scheduled day, phoned and they immediately explained and re-contact me once the delivery was on course. Very satisfied with product, price and service, surely will use again with full confidence.”

“I ordered a cistern 29th Jan and when it was all paid for I received an email saying they were out of stock and they will have more in 3-5 days and send it out AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES. On day 6 I rang and they had only just come in, and they were unloading the pallet. I was told I would receive the package the next day - Friday. This did not happen, the cistern was posted from one of their other companies Idealbath, not in Oxon, but in Leicestershire !!?? and did not now arrive until the following Monday. 6 days later than I was informed on purchasing !!! Not pleased.”

Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback, We apologise that you were dissatisfied with our service, unfortunately geberit were making changes to their stock codes so we were unable to get a hold of the products as quickly as we normally do, we don't keep large items in stock here they come from specialist suppliers who deliver them on our behalf to ensure they arrive safely, As the items came in stock on a Friday the next delivery day available was the Monday. Again we apologise that you were displeased with our service, this issue has now been resolved and hope this hasn't put you off using us again. All The Best TradeTaps

“Good quality tap although from the website it made it seem as though it would be delivered the next day. However it took Just over a week to arrive. This was quite misleading as I needed it quickly to get a bathroom finished. If I knew it would have taken that long I would have ordered from somewhere else!”
