“Beware bought a shower screen which was faulty and looked like seconds. I contacted customer service to show them a video of the quality. In addition the 2 holes and screws supplied would have made impossible to hold the heavy glass screen onto the bracket. They would not accept it's return so I had no choice but to do the best with it - I had insert 2 more holes and more screws to secure the screen. False economy to save 10 quid or so compared to high street retailer. Give online retailers a bad name - avoid!”

“I had used this firm before & had thought they were brilliant. Unfortunately I can't say the same this time. I had to phone up to see what had happened to my order.This was after a few days & it was supposed to be delivered next day after ordering. I was told that they would ring me back ,they didn't. I phoned again after a couple of days This time I was rung back & told my parcel hadn't been given the go ahead button. My order was received the next day.”

“Sadly my order was sent to the wrong address even though it was clearly stated on the invoice. I tried telephoning the company to find out where my order had been delivered but was left hanging on until the phone went dead. DPD delivered it to another address as it had been incorrectly labelled could get hold of them either. They haven’t tried to answer my concerns at all!”

“Appalling service from customer service, taps I ordered said 14 available they sent me another design without even contacting me and for over a week ive been trying to arrange a return, good product but customer services are completely useless.”
