“Ordered a wall hung toilet frame from Trade Taps and received excellent service throughout. Brilliant help when I phoned about the product, very knowledgeable and courteous representative. Told me it would be delivered the next day and it was! Thank you.”

“I am super impressed by this company's customer service and delivery speed. I called up (incidentally after the cut of time for next day delivery) to enquire if they had a flush plate in stock. I was told they had the new upgraded version, for the same very reasonable and reduced price of the previous version and then it still managed to arrive the next morning!! Overall verdict- BRILLIANT! I will definitely be using this company again in t he future. Thanks guys :)”

“A good on delivery only because the package had no label with my name on. I did delivery this at my company which didn't know to who was addressed because there were no name. Thanks Cisco”

“My budget is limited and so I first sought for companies offering good prices. The I rang to check out the technical details of the items I was buying and found the technical helpline most useful and very knowledgeable. Delivery was by the next day and free. All things considered a very good experience. I shall certainly be using them again”

“The gentleman on the phone was so very helpful. He helped me decide on whether the tap would fit by e mailing dimensions. I was having trouble with technology and he did the order for me. Delivery came the next day Thank you Trade taps for truly tremendous treatment!”

“Simplicity itself! I ordered my goods on a Thursday morning, by the afternoon I received a message advising me that my goods had been dispatched and would arrive the next day. The Following morning I received a text message from the courier with a delivery time, they were spot on. I have trade accounts with several of the large builders merchants who couldn't even come close regarding price and delivery.”

“Couldn't believe my luck when i discovered you had both items in stock and had a local office. Huge personal service from the first lady with whom I spoke, she was so so helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Plumber has been today - all fitted and ready to go. 5v Star - Brilliant!”
