“The gentleman on the phone was so very helpful. He helped me decide on whether the tap would fit by e mailing dimensions. I was having trouble with technology and he did the order for me. Delivery came the next day Thank you Trade taps for truly tremendous treatment!”

“promised next day delivery. Two days later I had a failed delivery as they went to the incorrect address after waiting in all day. May be a good price but their customer service needs improving if they want to survive a competitive marketplace. I am in the trade and will give them a wide berth in the future and ensure non of my customers use them either.”

“Next day delivery took 3 days, had to ring daily to be told I would receive order the following day, which didn't happen. I've lodged a complaint and received an e-mail stating I would have a response in 2 hours...6 days later still nothing”

“Simplicity itself! I ordered my goods on a Thursday morning, by the afternoon I received a message advising me that my goods had been dispatched and would arrive the next day. The Following morning I received a text message from the courier with a delivery time, they were spot on. I have trade accounts with several of the large builders merchants who couldn't even come close regarding price and delivery.”

“Couldn't believe my luck when i discovered you had both items in stock and had a local office. Huge personal service from the first lady with whom I spoke, she was so so helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Plumber has been today - all fitted and ready to go. 5v Star - Brilliant!”
