“Having used a number of on-line sites for plumbing supplies, I can only say that Trade Taps are the number 1 for efficiency, speed and level of service. I only wish I came across this supplier years ago!”

“Can not fault this company. A no quibble exchange was made on first order due to my client changing their mind. ***** I had a wifi issue with second order so picked up the phone, I was found on the system, product ordered and completed within minutes.***** Items well packaged and delivered on time with both orders, very happy, will be using again and will recommend.”

“I recieved my order from trade taps in a damaged box. The item was returned in the same box (slightly late because I was on holiday) and a more expensive item ordered. They did not refund me the original amount as they claimed that I damaged the packaging. They waited for several months before informing me that the would not refund this item. I would not use this company again. Their customer service is non existant. I found them to be rude and evasive.”
