“i requested to collect my taps from Leigh. it took 12 days and 6 emails to find out where to collect from/address . i sent my co-worker to collect because he lived close-by . they refuse to give it to him despite having my invoice. emails and speaking to me on the phone. they wanted me to collect in person. with photo ID and card used to purchase the £30 item . Why was this not clearly stated in the email for collections ?”

“I have been told on two days now that my delivery has failed Each day I am led to believe that I need to be here to receive my delivery. I have been here all day both days. I spoke to Amy I asked her why the delivery had failed she couldn't tell me so I asked her to find out why. I want to buy from you with confidence but if I can not rely on a good delivery service then I will not be buying from you going forward. Amy didn't respond to me but told me she would get it sent out today I waited again all day. I just received an email from Darius saying my delivery had failed again. I fit bathrooms and kitchens for a living focusing on extensions and renovations this stops me in my tracks. Will someone tell me why the delivery has failed or at least check the delivery address I have sent two emails.”

“I have been trying to get a ideal standard Trevino shower valve for about three months . Eventually it arrived in stock at last we can use the shower no fault of Trade Taps as soon as they received it they dispatched it and it arrived on time on the day they said it would thankyou , and also cheaper than other dealers by £50 .Trade Taps staff on the phone were very good mowing I was waiting for this part but did not give me false hopes realistic on delivery dates very good service thankyou.”
