“Unfortunately Tradetaps advert was misleading, only one part of displayed item sent, then to receive other part we were asked to pay an above average price, so we have arranged to return. I don’t think it is trade taps fault but the charge for returning the item is triple the original delivery cost. I am not a happy customer as I feel I have been conned.”

“Very good price and quick delivery. However, I do have one issue which prevented me from giving five stars. I purchased an Ideal Standard Concept Air back to wall WC unit (SKU: E1149B2) and there was no mention of a cistern on the website so I assumed it did not come with one and purchased one separately from another supplier. When the back to wall WC unit was delivered I found that it was fitted with a cistern and had a hole drilled in the panel to take the flush button for the included cistern. As the cistern that I'd purchased was better quality I wanted to use that one which meant some mucking about removing the included cistern and made drilling the hole I needed more difficult (fortunately 'my' cistern needed a larger hole and not a smaller one). I now have a spare cistern.”

“i requested to collect my taps from Leigh. it took 12 days and 6 emails to find out where to collect from/address . i sent my co-worker to collect because he lived close-by . they refuse to give it to him despite having my invoice. emails and speaking to me on the phone. they wanted me to collect in person. with photo ID and card used to purchase the £30 item . Why was this not clearly stated in the email for collections ?”

“I have been told on two days now that my delivery has failed Each day I am led to believe that I need to be here to receive my delivery. I have been here all day both days. I spoke to Amy I asked her why the delivery had failed she couldn't tell me so I asked her to find out why. I want to buy from you with confidence but if I can not rely on a good delivery service then I will not be buying from you going forward. Amy didn't respond to me but told me she would get it sent out today I waited again all day. I just received an email from Darius saying my delivery had failed again. I fit bathrooms and kitchens for a living focusing on extensions and renovations this stops me in my tracks. Will someone tell me why the delivery has failed or at least check the delivery address I have sent two emails.”
