Hello Iain Thank you for your feed back, im sorry you feel this way, upon looking at your two orders, i can see your order a fair few items, these would have come on different couriers due to being with different suppliers, in regards to your refund, i can see that you were refunded for the item returned. “I ordered several items because they were a good price compared to others. Unfortunately one item was damaged and took a while to return and replace and I had to keep chasing it up. I also ordered a sink in error which was returned and I payed for another. I have never received a refund on the original. You will only be contacted about delivery an hour before they arrive at your door which isn't great if you're working.”
