“Unfortunately after staying in all day, my order never arrived. Called twice later in the day and told the item was never loaded on to the delivery truck. I have requested the delivery now for a different day. I hope it turns up then. Disappointed.”

“Good price and prompt delivery but wasn't informed that Grohe shower hose connection spigots are not compatible with universal hoses so had to order new Grohe one. Luckily customer was understanding but still wasted a lot of time and cost more money. Please flag up this issue on the website”
