“I rang Trade Taps as my plumber and decorator were unable to source a toilet seat which had been broken during the course of their work. Trade Taps were excellent, they telephoned the original manufacturer for me, to check which one I needed, and let me know how much time I had left during which I could get it delivered the next working day. The seat arrived on the day stated. Everything you would want from a firm delivering excellent customer service. I am still awaiting my plumber though …….”

“I phoned an order through for a toilet seat. Lady was very helpful, cheery and knowledgeable. I almost ordered a seat without a lid which would have been disappointing when received. Lady corrected my order and all was well - thank you for a 5* service 👌👍”

“First time dealing with the company. Had a problem with stock straight away, but was notified immediately. This was resolved and sent out a week later. Happy that they split the order in two, so the job could get started. Brilliant service would recommend highly.”
