“Brilliant service ,”

“(1) Despite website saying that orders can be delivered in a "short " time, we waited over 10 days before any sign of a delivery was forthcoming. (2) Eventually given a delivery date and told to wait in all day. They could not give us a delivery time, either morning or afternoon and didn't seem to know who was even going to delivery it. No such delivery came. No courtesty of an email or telephone call to explain reason for non delivery. No-one around at the weekend. We have never had any replies to our emails requesting further clarification of delivery dates. When we eventually got through to someone, we were always promised a call back with an up date. These invariably came approximately 3-7 days later. Eventually got delivery only to find a part missing. Again further waiting while someone would "call us back" Again told to wait for delivery which never arrived. Eventually item arrived next day but was broken - so managed to find the delivery firm Ideal bathrooms, who seemed to be more on the ball and dealt with this matter promptly and efficiently, something that TradeTaps seem to be missing. We were even gave us a delivery slot by Ideal Bathrooms and they also confirmed who would be delivering to us. We would never used Trade Taps again and not recommend Trade Taps to any future clients or anyone for that matter.”

“Living on the Isle of Wight its difficult ordering goods from the mainland, some companies don't even come here! Not with this company I placed an order on Monday morning and received the goods less than 24 hours later. I am still in shock. Well done, keep up the excellent service. Hope to use you again soon.”

“Bought replacement bath tap shower mixer. Excellent delivery service with text messages all the way. Price was over half charged elsewhere for same product. Packaging superb. Could have been lobbed down an elevator shaft without damage. To the taps that is. Very pleased with purchase.”

“I ordered from Trade Taps two sets of gold taps for our bathroom. I was amazed that the order was delivered the next day by DPD, without having to pay for any express delivery. The items are exactly what I wanted and Trade Taps have the lowest price possible after trawling the anet for hoiurs. I have to say, this is a welcome service and I strongly recommend Trade Taps for all plumbing supplies. Thank you very much”

“Taps were exactly what I needed, but the service was outstanding I ordered them at lunch time on Thursday, they were delivered at 8.45 on the Friday. FANTASTIC.”

“WE ordered a shower tray and were told 10 days for delivery. Finally arrived 5 weeks later damaged and the replacement tray took a further 4 weeks because of Christmas. While these problems may have been out of Trade Tap's control they were very poor at keeping us informed and we had to chase/enquire etc, every step of the way. Our bathroom was out of use for 6 weeks longer than planned and and we certainly did not feel a valued customer!”

Good Morning Mrs Dobson, We are aware of the issues with your JT Fusion Tray, We were in constant contact with our supplier regarding this and several times where let down with delivery dates, to the point we contacted JustTrays themselves who assured us that they are sent at regular intervals. We do try our very best to keep our customers 'in the loop' but understand your frustration regarding this scenario.
