“Really good company to deal with, excellent prices and by far the best on the web. “On Thursday afternoon 4 September I was having difficulty ordering some taps via the internet so rang your firm to ask if I could order by telephone.. The lady who took my call was extremely efficient and told me that unfortunately I had just missed having my order delivered by courier but assured me that the taps would be delivered on Monday (today). They have just arrived - so thank you very much for your help - just hope the plumber acts as quickly !!!! Hilary Garden”

“The geberit duo frame I have just purchased was very competitively priced. I called to check some details and spoke to a polite knowledgeable person, who answered all my queries, the delivery was prompt and came within the 1 hour window they had given me by email on the morning of the delivery. All round a first class buying experience. I will use you again.”

“Before placing an order I call company to see if product was in stock and ready to go. As been let down by other companies in the past. Gentleman on the phone was polite and 'on the ball' with my request and gave me full confidence in placing the order. The delivery was as 'it said on the can'. as again we have had many delivers and it is really surprising how big branded deliver companies get so much wrong. Very happy with service, product and delivery and would consider using again if had products we need. Regards RW”

“Very helpful, efficient and good value. Telephone call was promptly answered by someone who could provide advice and take the order. They use a delivery company that provides next day delivery with facilities to track the order and its expected delivery time. Recommended and will use again.”

“Order was despatched the following day and arrived within 48hrs of placing the order. I had placed four orders for different components (same tap range) from different companies to get the best price for each and the Trade Taps order arrived first. Securely packaged and decent communication from courier. Would happily use again.”
