“I ordered a driver's side wing mirror. The price was a little high but I needed it. I didn't need to do a refund or return with was good. I did speak to customer service of which they were helpful. Delivery was fairly fast.”

“Ordered a body kit, after fitting it the rear diffuser worked its way out of the clips on one side and every time I pushed it back in it would pop out a few minutes later. Clearly something not quite right with this part, so I contacted them. Said I didn't want to return the whole kit as most of it was fine but the diffuser was the problem. Now they are trying to tell me I need to adjust and align the parts around it. So I put the original one back on and it fits perfectly both sides. Now that tells me no adjustment is needed and this part is just slightly off, maybe damaged in transit, storage, maybe just a bad part, I know that happens sometimes. But the customer service telling me to adjust other parts of my car to make it fit? That was poor and won't be using again”

“Ordered a part for our Nissan, following the right process using the reg number, part arrived but it does not fit at all. Wanted to send it back as it is clearly the wrong part to be told I had to pay for postage. In my view the part is not as advertised yet I have to pay for trade vehicle parts mistake.”

“Spoiler arrived quickly,nice looking item.a Drilled and fitted to boot lid,then realised the 2 middle bolts had come through the spoiler….(too long) Rang and spoke to supplier and they sent replacement spoiler that arrived the next day.. 5 Star service..”
