“I traded with these people for a year and a half , I couldn't withdraw funds they built up a good amount in my account then manipulated the trading platform to lose all my money .I tried reaching them but it was hard.It was really hard to contact them ,they don't reply to emails or messages. “Required replacement radiator for Mazda Bongo 1996, assisted by Martin the service agent at Trade Vehicle Parts who checked the compatibility without enquiry and went above and beyond in investigating additional requests. “I bought an aftermarket MK1 Honda CR-V front drivers side window regulator off these guys on ebay. After fitting it worked perfectly for about a month and then developed a fault and stopped functioning. Despite being two weeks over the returns policy date (which I neglected to read) they made an exception and have sent me out another new unit. I've yet to receive it but am quietly confident. All the customer service team members I corresponded with were great, very helpful and swift in their responses. A massive thanks to you guys and girls, you know who you are🙂 Richard in Sheffield.”
