“ 1 it took a month for trainers to turn up! 2 they were half size smaller than label says and tradinn would not recognise this as fault and charged me to return,not even giving me chance to swaP! 3 tHEY ONLY GIVE THEIR ACCESS TO RETURN POSTAGE AND RETURN ADDRESS AND YOU ARE FORCED TO PAY &10 RETURN WHEN ACTUAL PRICE FOR SHOEBOX IS £3.69 4 They are only giving me £49 back when i paid £65.00 5 They have a english flag on their site, but they are in spain not uk!This affects tax posrage times etc and guarentees. 6 they say returns are simple and cheap, not so! 7 Takes a month if at all to get the partial refund! They as iv read all over the internet and review sites trust pilot google quora etc say this store is a scam and similar things happen to other customers or in this sites treatment - MUGS! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE BE WARNED! ”

“ Worst company I have ever dealt with. Sent me wrong item and I have been trying for weeks to get someone to read my emails and send me a pre-paid return label as Returns Portal doesn’t work. ( but they must be aware of this). Give your money to a company that knows what Customer Service involves. ”

“ R38326745 Terrible. Purchased a jumper for my 9yr old and purchased size accordingly. Received the jumper only for the head hole to be so small even my 3yr old couldn’t fit it over his head. Contacted customer service only to have them respond that it’s the correct jumper and I am liable for returns. Would never purchase from them again. Absolute scam! ”

“ SCAM. Returns are painful and expensive Their 30 day guarantee is an outright SCAM. Sold cheap garbage that was missing essential parts for use. They want you to 1) upload SIX photos of the product (it wasn't even broken and still in the box, what the hell do you want this for?) and 2) pay EIGHT EUROS to return it!!!! ”
