“No reply after couple of emails and phone calls follow up of the order. No one contacted me even the stock has arrived in the Kirrawee Store! Very bad service.”

“Great product and exceptional service from Taringa store. Customer service was top-notch and Tradelink Taringa should be proud. Bought 2 vanities and 1 was delivered and other was picked in store. Delivery was painless and efficient, I was able to chose the day and timeslot (no 8 hr delivery window period!). Delivery was on time and team member was friendly and helpful. Pick-up was also a breeze, purchased more items (pop-up waste and hoses) from store as they have great knowledge and range. Managed to install vanity without additional trips to store!”

“3 weeks after order and not notification the item was ready for collection, 2 emails with no response then called store and have to explain everything. Finally got the part. Next time I’ll just pay more for the same item and order from eBay to save the hassle.”

“I ordered a grab rail for my elderly grandfather 6 weeks ago and it didn’t come. I had to go to Bunnings to get one to be installed for him because I was worried he would fall in the shower. I need a refund for this ASAP.”

“Last update, 10 days ago was: "We're sending the details off to our warehouse to prepare your order. We'll send you any email updates in regards to your order as soon as we get them." 10 days for no action in this day and age is awful. Note: The person at the salisbury store was helpful, but your supply chain logistics system needs a looking at.”

“I ordered a product online was seen in pictures to have one tap hole ect and had multiple issues with supply yet when it turned up it had three tap holes and we were unable to use it went to the store asking about it to be switched was told no its what I ordered I said no if I wanted three tap holes it was extra as the website states and I had not requested this. I then had to buy another bench top and spend moreqthen expected to have the plumber be able to fit out the bathroom not happy at all with your service”
