“Just bought your ARK pneumatic jockey wheel rated at 350 kg. Great service but the maximum tube pressure quoted is 30 PSI. Connected it to the van 170 kg at the hitch and the tyre is half flat. The tyre will not last five minutes like that. Suggestions please. John.”

Hi John, We are very sorry to hear about this experience and appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately the supplier has updated the specs on the Pneumatic jockey wheels since we first listed the range and they are now only rated at 136Kg. We have attempted to update all our listings that use this wheel but missed this particular part number. We will have our admin team contact you regarding a resolution as soon as possible. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope to fix it as soon as we can.

“I recently purchased a 2 wheel kit of KOYO Marine Boat Trailer Wheel Bearings Holden LM Type JAPANESE Bearings & Seals, purchase was handled promptly they were well packaged and sent next day and delivered to my door I would not hesitate to purchase from Trailers R Us again. “I ord.ered some trailer rear door hinges. The product was dispatched very promply and was listed by the courier as collected. The hinges are a good product for their intended purpose at a very realistic price. I will shop again. My only complaint is that after the items were receipted by the courier, it took three (3) weeks to get them in my hand. Delivery was ridiculously slow!”
