“I ordered 2 of the "Icebreaker Thumballs". I wanted to get 2 different varieties but my leadership wanted to see a list of the questions and the Trainers Warehouse customer service couldn't provide that. This is why we ended up ordering 2 of the same ball. One of the balls had torn stitching upon arrival with a little fluff coming out and I did not have time to send it back for a new one. I will try to fix it with glue before we use it next but it's not ideal. Otherwise great icebreaker tool.”

“The students and I love the Buzzer Game. I am disappointed that after the second use, we had to replace some of the batteries. I expected for the money I paid, it would be good to go for a few months before needed to replace the batters. It lasted less than a month. So, I need to spend more money to keep fresh batteries on hand. Other than that, we love it.”

“The wheel arrived promptly and was great. Unfortunately, our plans changed and we were not able to use it. There was no issue with returning it, although I did have to pay for return shipping, which I understand. I would recommend the company.”
